Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Marketing Intern to join our team and assist in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of PropTech while working closely with top industry professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, blog posts, newsletters, and website content.

2. Social Media Management: Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to increase brand visibility and engagement.

3. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify PropTech industry trends, emerging technologies, and potential opportunities for the company.

4. Campaign Support: Support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

6. Event Coordination: Coordinate company events, webinars, and conferences, including logistics, promotion, and attendee engagement.

7. Graphic Design: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, presentations, and marketing materials that align with the company's brand identity.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).

- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

As an Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR), you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and shaping the strategic direction of our PropTech consulting company. You will work closely with our executive team and clients to identify emerging trends, develop new business opportunities, and incubate disruptive solutions that address the evolving needs of the real estate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Innovation: Lead the ideation, development, and execution of innovative PropTech solutions that leverage emerging technologies such as AI, virtual reality, digital twins, and data analytics.

2. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and untapped growth opportunities.

3. Business Development: Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances with key players in the real estate industry.

4. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their pain points, challenges, and strategic objectives and provide tailored PropTech solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

5. Mentorship and Leadership: Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

7. Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a thought leader in the PropTech space by contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and participating in networking events.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of entrepreneurial success, including experience founding or leading a startup in the PropTech, real estate, or related industries.

- Deep understanding of the real estate market, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
